Do you know, that you live in an increasingly VUCA world?
Volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous…
How can we efficiently adapt to all the changes around us? Mindfulness may be an answer. Drawing on a history of 2500 years of mind studies, mindfulness teaches a person to be more focused on the present moment, rather than caught up in thoughts about the past or worries about the future. The practice has gained popularity worldwide. Corporations and politicians are also jumping on board, and learning how to simply be, in the present moment.

We have the honour to invite Pieter Johnston, a practitioner of Dzogchen Meditation since 2006. He will talk a little about the significance of our inner world, the benefits of mindfulness and awareness, happiness and our emotions, mindfulness meditation techniques.
