With roots in engineering, sustainability, and psychology, I bring an integrative lens to organizational development. I’m a deep believer that we are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole—a belief that has guided me as a people leader and leadership coach in Fortune 100 companies.

To meet today’s evolving landscape, I actively integrate AI-empowered applications into leadership development. Fascinated by the intersection of human potential and exponential technologies, I see tremendous opportunity in adopting AI to amplify mindful, purposeful, and systemic approaches.

I’m also passionate about education and social entrepreneurship, volunteering in various communities.
Besides that, I’m a committed meditator, seeking the vast and deep life wisdom from within.

我是一个战略出身、专注组织落地的组织发展（OD）负责人。

工程背景，从罗兰贝格的战略咨询起步，之后在西门子、ABB、罗氏做组织发展与转型。二十多年来，我一直在做同一件事：把战略变成组织能力，并且让它真正落地。

我的方式是共创，而不是下达。我把组织看作一个生命体：它有自己的节奏、能量，也有它抵抗的理由。

在罗氏，我们通过上千人的大使网络和各国教练，与 13,000 多人的商业组织一起完成运营模式转型，获得两项 Brandon Hall 国际金奖。在西门子，我把内部教练社群 Grow2Glow 从 8 人发展到 12,000 多人，获得西门子董事会专项奖。

今天，我最关注的是 AI 时代的组织：当 AI 能承担越来越多的工作，组织该如何重新设计，才能既释放 AI 的效能，又让人更有创造力和判断力？我的回答是：让系统以 AI 为先，让人更深入为人。

我也是 ICF PCC 认证教练，有 2,000 多小时的高管教练经验。我是《The Living Organization》的合著者（中文版《生命型组织》即将出版），也是《A Soulful Transition》的作者。
