Today I shared a clip on my WeChat channel following several requests to share how I'm using AI. Every app in that clip was built by my Claude Code agent — tailored and without additional cost. Here's the part that still excites me: I have no coding experience.
I started experimenting partly out of #curiosity. What would it feel like for someone like me to create things I'd always assumed were out of reach? The answer has been quietly thrilling. #Vibecoding and #agenticAI haven't just saved me time — they've elevated my #creative intuition. I describe what I want, I see it come alive, I refine, I imagine bigger. The loop between idea and reality has collapsed.
It's deepened a conviction I keep returning to: in the age of AI, #taste and #creativity cannot be underestimated. For generations, we were trained to be the nuts and bolts of a bigger machine — precise, specialized, replaceable. That world is fading. What matters now is #vision: knowing what's worth making, and what "good" actually feels like.
This also triggers many more thoughts on what this may mean in the workplace, where the #governance #systems, #performance management are all built on Industrial era organizational design philosophy. Much more will need to change with the exponential AI development.
